    Cashier did not take my order right. She forgot to add 2 of my orders. She did not apologize for making a mistake. I waited for a long time to get my order. None of the staff communicated to me properly. There was no manager to help me or to address the issue. They were all yelling at me and at each other. I will never go back!

    I had a really disappointing experience at the Port Chester Burger King because of the manager, Marcia. My boyfriend and I came in specifically excited about the Grogu/Mandalorian collectible cups. We ordered three combo meals, and none of the cups were given to us. When my boyfriend asked about them, the manager said the combos didn't come with the cups, but when we asked which combos did include them, the staff said they didn't know. Meanwhile, our coworker specifically ordered the meal that was supposed to come with the collectible cup. Not only did he receive a completely different burger than what he ordered, but they still gave him the collectible cup automatically without him even having to ask for it. That made the situation even more confusing and inconsistent. My boyfriend then asked if he could just buy 2 cups separately, and the cashier rang them up with no issue. He's a huge Star Wars fan and was only missing two cups to complete the collection. When I asked to buy two more cups, Marcia refused and accused us of being "resellers" who would resell the cups. That was extremely uncomfortable and unnecessary. We were willing to PAY for the cups - we weren't asking for anything free. She then told the cashier they could not sell me the cups by themselves and that I would need to buy another combo meal, even though we had already purchased three combos and never received the collectible cups in the first place. When I showed the receipts and explained that one order was placed in person, not just through the app, she kept changing the explanation and rules. The whole interaction felt rude, inconsistent, and honestly degrading. I come to this Burger King often during my lunch breaks, but after being treated like that and being accused of something over collectible cups, I left feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. Customers should not be judged for wanting to complete a collection, especially when they are paying customers.

    Amazing food and friendly service every time! The burgers are always fresh and delicious, and I can't get enough of their onion rings. Definitely a go-to spot for a satisfying meal!
