Chapter One: Coffee & Tea offers handcrafted coffee, espresso, and tea drinks using local ingredients. We're bringing west coast style coffee to Plattsburgh, NY.
Our baristas will create a coffee experience that goes above and beyond what you will get from a chain or other local shops. We guarantee a consistent cup time and time again.
Our coffee is locally roasted by our sister company, Lakeside Coffee in Rouses Point, NY. Many of our vendors are local small businesses, just like ours and are located within 150 miles of our locations. Our specialty syrups are made in-house and we offer a wide variety of retail products.
