We have tried something different each time we have dined in and everything continues to exceed our expectations. The variety of menu items is amazing and the value you get for the dollar is unbelievable. This is our go to place for a great dining experience.

I am staying at the hotel literally right across the street, yet my food took over an hour to arrive. When I called 45 minutes in, they claimed the driver had already left 15–20 minutes prior—which makes no sense given the distance. Unsurprisingly, all the food arrived completely cold. To make it worse, the Caesar salad was ruined because the heat in the car melted all the cheese. When they sent a replacement 20 minutes later (after demanding we hand the old one back to the driver), the new salad completely lacked the grilled chicken we paid for. When we called to complain, they offered a laughable $1.25 credit, which doesn’t even close to cover the cost of adding chicken. Terrible food handling, terrible logistics, and insulting customer service. Beware.

Unfortunately, the dining experience was significantly overshadowed by poor service and an unwelcoming atmosphere. The restaurant appeared to be staffed primarily by teenagers, and the brunette employee who took my order was neither attentive nor helpful. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for what was simply a warmed up slice of pizza, I noticed my food sitting on the counter getting cold. No one had called my order number or made any effort to let me know it was ready. Even though I ordered it for here. When I approached the counter and asked if the food sitting there was mine, the brown hair employee confirmed that it was and immediately returned to her conversation with the kids in the back, showing no concern that my meal had been left unattended and cooling for an extended period. Since my order was placed for dine-in, I would have expected at least a basic level of customer service and communication. At the end of my dinning room experience, another customer walked in saying he was honking in the drive thru for service and no one bothered to assist him. He had to get out of his car, walk in the rain, and come inside for service. The atmosphere was disappointing. The dining room music consisted entirely of teen pop hits, like Sabrina Carpenter “Espresso” and Doja Cat, which may appeal to a younger crowd but felt out of place for a restaurant serving customers of all ages and having a bar inside. If you're planning to visit, I recommend ordering takeout rather than dining in or using the drive thru. I will say the food is worth trying, but based on my experience, the service and dining room environment leave much to be desired.
