  I walked in today. No one at the cash register but there was a dude on the line with his face buried in his phone. No good morning it will be a minute. Nothing. Just face in his phone infront of all the customers. Very unprofessional

  My wife and I love Bruegger's anytime we are looking for a quick bite in the area. The Herby Turkey is out of this world and is worth every bite! The prices are a little bit higher than fast food but it is worth every penny! The facility is okay, nothing special and the staff is okay. Overall I always recommend to anyone who has never experienced a Brugger's Bagel!

  I am only doing this review because I had bad experiences 2 days in a row. I ordered a delivery through door dash and put in what I wanted on my bagel sandwich. Despite asking for NO cheese, cheese was added and I had to throw the sandwich away. I was visiting in town at an Airbnb. I called the store but they said I had to come in which was not an option for me. She told me to contact Door dash support. I said that if I decided to not do that and was able to come to the store the next day could I do that. She said yes but I needed proof that I did not get anything from doordash so that I would not get extra. So I ended up with a 10 dollar credit on doordash and still hungry. On Sunday I stopped by to get bagels for my family to make for breakfast. I asked for the flavors I wanted, sliced, and a large iced coffee. They tried to push off a medium iced coffee with the wrong flavor which I finally got corrected. I got home only to discover that I was given unsliced bagels with some incorrect bagels. The floor had pieces of bagel on it. The workers were nice, but it was so disappointing to have incorrect orders 2 days in a row. Team members, please pay attention to the patrons order requests. We are paying good money and should get the food we order.

  Whenever this place changed from being a full service, with real food establishment, im not sure (pandemic?). The processed and fast food like vibe, i do not like. I miss the salads and real veggies. Big disappointment.
