  Absolutely loved my trip to this location of Panera Bread. Very clean restaurant and the kindest staff. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. I would definitely go back there again and again!

  The last couple times I’ve been to this location they have given me the wrong order. Tried to call to see if I could get any compensation but no one answers the phone. Truly unfortunate as the food does taste good.

  I ordered a half chicken salad sandwich today and it was literally half empty. This and a stale tasting geeen tea for 12$ 😅 I used to like Panera, the past 5 times my order is either wrong or inadequate. DONE with it for good. The long wait, poor quality and high price, idk how they stay in business... awful

  UPDATE: 1. Don't make 7 cats wait for 30 minutes while you're preparing ONE DRINK for the 1st car. Tell them to drive to the parking lot and bring the drink out!! 2. In the meantime my grilled cheese sandwich turned cold... abd they eouldbt even consider warming it up again. 3. Grilled cheese sandwich? 12 seconds on the grill with half a slice of barely melted yellow Anerican cheese is NOT a grilled cheese sandwich!! It's vomit-worthy crap! And cold, because they all move in slow motion. 4. At least the salad was decent, but I've had it!! I want Panera to react - NOW!! I DO EXPECT AN ANSWER FROM PANERA, AND A REFUND!! - ALSO THE CONFIRMATION THAT THE PENFIELD LOCATION WILL BE ENTIRELY EXAMINED, STAFF, AND FORENSIC FINANCES! IT CANNOT BE THAT THERE ARE SO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT MISTAKES, RUDENESS, PROVLEMS, AND OBVIOUS MONEY SAVINGS ON COSTS OF CUSTOMERS AND QUALITY!! Two weeks ago I ordered online, picked my order up and left the following review: I ordered take out, dropped by, and left with my food. The service was OK. It could have been a tiny bit friendlier, a bit less 'short', but other than that, it was ok. The salad was as expected. It was the half sandwich that got to me. I ordered a half salad, and half a sandwich. You can see, I already have my healthy greens! When I order a chicken salad sandwich, I want it made with bread and chicken salad. I do NOT want: two shredded paper-thin traces of bread with one teaspoon full of chicken salad and half of Grandma's vegetable garden in between! I already have a salad! Get the darn greens out of the sandwiches and put in there what you say you do! I paid a bit too much for a sandwich full of green leaves!
