  Food is always fresh. I went on Saturday and it was very busy. The team always seems to stay focused and friendly. Nothing like a bagel from Brueggers.

  my husband and i have been going to this location for about 2 years now. (at least everyday) and this place wasn't like it used to be. every since they cleaned house and added newer employees my orders have been wrong at least half the time. the employee Emma gave me the wrong mobile order containing items that my husband and i are allergic to and when i went back to the store to ask for a re-make of my mobile order she started to roll her eyes and scoff at me saying that i'm the one in the wrong, then pretended to cry and go into the managers office. then today she made my order wrong AGAIN and after making my sandwich THREE TIMES she still wasn't toasting it or even putting the correct ingredients on it when there's only three! she either needs to be FULLY retrained to let go of she is going to keep giving customers the wrong food (i believe on purpose) and giving them massive attitude over asking for a order to be fixed.

  I'd avoid this location. They are sloppy. I ordered salt bagels and they came with no salt .. maybe accident. But no, that's how they make them. Horrible. If I wanted a plain bagel I'd ask for it. Lucky to get a 3 out of me.

  The bagels are excellent and the service is always wonderful. I love that they have egg, white options and other alternatives for protein. They just need to get non-dairy cheese and they will be top notch in every way!

  Saturday morning 8:15sm and you have no.everything bagels no sesame bagels and the girl.tyere hard my husband a list of what bagels they have? A Saturday morning?! No comment about when bagels might be ready. Nothing but a blank stare. How do you even stay in business? Poorly managed. There are choices. Don't have to but a brueggers bagel and we won't.
