  I asked for draft beer three times each time I had to send it back it tasted sour AKA skunk but they took it off the bill with no problem

  Amazing visit. I came with my 5 y/o and 3 y/o. We had a blast. The manager Kiara was so cool, accommodating and friendly to my whole family, she made sure we all had an amazing time. Definitely coming back with the kids again before they got back to school.

  They were super busy but between our server and the manager. Kiara, we were visited 4 tines after sitting and everything was great!

  I had a great time at Dave and Busters Pelham Manor! The place was very clean and looked great. Chris was a great server, very professional and accommodating. And Matt the GM was also very helpful and welcoming. Thank you guys! We will be back!

  Well I will start with the positives; great atmosphere. I purchased 2 platinum cards for my kids $150 each, so they can play in the week. Games are fun. It’s kept pretty clean and bathroom are up to date and well maintained. After playing kids got hungry and we decided to try the food. Where do I begin. My daughter enjoyed the blueberry lemonade. I order the gold chicken fingers with fries for my son which consists of 3 pieces and fries. Look at the photo. It was more like 2 pieces and 1 piece was as big as my knuckle. I complained about it and was told that they will not give extra because that is how the order was. So I gave two options which was I will be paying 3/4 of the price or not pay at all. You best believe they brought a normal size tender for my son. As you can see from the photo the pepperoni flatbread was burnt and hard. Did not have a bad taste to be honest though. I also ordered the Nachos which was not bad but they need to add more chicken and sauce to it they also forgot to add the guacamole. I also ordered the Cesar salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was small and extremely dry. Definitely the worst of all of which I ordered. I cannot speak about other dishes expect the ones I tried but they were overall not to my expectations. With full transparency if I have to order again I will go for the nachos and emphasize to add chicken, sauce and the guacamole. My son ate his chicken strips and fries with no issue so they must have been good. Next time I will have to let them know to tell the cook it’s 3 strips I’m paying for. The price for the food quality is definitely over priced. The portions are not as big as they seem. I truly go about everyday as my kids like to play games but after eating here once and having the experience I did I will eat elsewhere just come for the games.
