  We had to wait 30 MINTUES for our waiter to even take our order. The section we were in only had 2 tables when we first came in. After awhile, another table came after we had already waited 20 MINTUES and as soon as they sat a waiter came and took their order. After she took their order, she left us to go talk to other waiters while they just stared at us.after another 10 mintues of waiting a waiter finally came and took our order. Food wasn’t that good in my personal opinion, my coke was watered down and fries weren’t very good. Food came within 10 minutes so pretty fast, the burgers was okay. Do not recommend eating here. The games were fun not bad at all, but almost all of the games only one side was working the other wasn’t, so you couldn’t do the multi player games. DONT RECOMMEND!

  I'm sitting at the bar. It has been over 30 minutes and no one has even said a word to me. My son and I have the summer season pass (the most expensive pass). I have mentioned this to management in the past regarding the service at the bar and tables. It is now half time of the WC (Cape Verde vs Argentina) and I still have not been approached by anyone. The children will have a blast. Terrible place for anyone who wants food or drinks

  I was very excited to bring my child here to play all the games this place had to offer, everything was okay. This place needs to fix its air conditioning, it’s 99 degrees out and we were sweating due to its poor ventilation. A worker there named “Naomi” was very kind and greeting at the door, but she made a simple mistake and was very off putting and didn’t own up to it in the end. She called on her manager “Mike” he was very kind and accommodating. Will be coming back one day, but please fix your air conditioning and employees attitudes. Seems like they all like to gossip, and not want to give us service at the dining area because of the situation with Naomi.

  This was the closest Dave & Busters I could find to where I was staying in Greenwich. It was nice but not as big as I expected, you go up the escalator to this big floor that I thought would have more games but was actually just a standard arcade size. The prices per game is around 3.5-4 credits per game so definitely keep that in mind when you're loading up a game card. We originally were gonna buy the $35 package but it gave us the option to 'supercharge' it for $9 which gave a bunch more credits so we ended up doing the $25 option and supercharging that which allowed us to play the card all the way to 0 between two of us in 2 hours. It was solid fun, the prizes are super expensive ticket wise so if you want a big prize I would save the tickets on your card and try to redeem after playing again.

  The server did a good job and was friendly, so I have no complaints about the service she provided. However, I do not agree with a tip being added without my authorization. I believe that tipping should be the customer’s decision based on the quality of service received, not something that is added without consent. This situation left me very dissatisfied with my overall experience. Me atendió una chica muy amable y simpática la verdad. Pero lo que no me gusta de esta locación; es que los sirvientes se auto propinan “tips” y eso no me agrada la verdad eso le tiene que nacer a uno de su corazón por el buen servicio no a ellos . Y lo ha hecho dos veces y no me gusta eso. Se que en algunos sitio los meseros si se cogen su propia propina pero en otros no y es algo que sí hablaría con un gerente.
