I called the place and they were very defensive and rude and didn’t give me a refund. I spent $45 and didn’t get a good pizza. The lava cakes were horrible too. DON’T ORDER HERE. I threw away my pizza so I wasted $45 for nothing.

My food always arrives cold, so they are not delivering the pizzas promptly since I done carryout and it only takes a couple of minutes to make the pizza, so they had to have the pizza sitting on the counter, before they deliver it to my location. Furthermore, they also increased the delivery charge and I have no idea why since it seemed to make their delivery even worse in accuracy and promptness. I gave them, numerous chances to improve, but they kept getting worse so, I ended up, buying pizza at the local pizzahut. I was a loyal customer for years, but their management has changed, which led to a very rude management, that does not make your order correctly and would hang up on you, rather than fix the problem.
