- JBJackie BouchardAug 17, 20251.0This location is on the travel plaza, only has 3 fast food restaurants - Starbucks, Panera & Chic fila. We were here on a Sunday in August and since Chic fila is closed on Sundays we only had Panera for an option for lunch. The wait times are RIDICULOUS!!! 40 minutes PAST the time the app showed it would be ready for a sandwich & a 1/2 salad/ 1/2 sandwich. Awful. Zero sense of urgency and not 1 apology from a Panera staff member until I asked to speak to a manager. I was offered to cancel my food OR get a refund. Unacceptable! After another 15-20 minutes and speaking to 2 “managers” and 1 of them calling the plaza manager I finally received both my food and a refund. (no plastic wear or napkins) This was supposed to be a quick stop for lunch and it ended up putting us an hour behind schedule. Never again!!!

We saw people who ordered after us get their food which is also frustrating. And then we open the bag and see they didn’t give us cream cheese for 2 out of 3 of the bagels. This Panera should be replaced by a fast food that is capable of handling high volume orders
