Today we ordered 2 cream cheese bagels with bacon on it and the cook person messed up my dad’s order by making it a plain bagel when we specifically said 2 of the same bagels which is everything bagels. The cook person told us to bring the bagel back which my dad already touched like why would you want it back when it’s already touched? I been working in fast food for 5 years and when we mess up an order we re make it we don’t wanna back because we want the customers to be happy because it’s the workers fault not the customer fault. All this place cares about is themselves and the worker started talking in Spanish bad about my dad which is racist. The register girl didn’t even say sorry for misunderstanding the order or anything. The boss lady is super nice when we get the 6 dollar meal deal she lets my dad have a sweet tea not a coffee because my dad had stomach surgery and can’t drink certain things. But the register lady also gets snippy about it when we say the boss lady allows it and the boss lady is really nice. This place also been closing early and taking peoples money too.
