  Line was short and brief. Food was made very quickly and was in and out of the restaurant with my order fast.

  I had the worst experience ever there was a girl and she was yelling out were closed and did not want to give me my order that was ready and she just threw the order on the table like if I was dog. If people are going to be working in customer service they should treat the customers with hospitality rather than hostility. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. That’s the girl in the picture because what are you yelling for.

  Obviously never coming here again, and of course, every chipotle has terrible reviews, I understand that I order online and get the text and the email of the order confirmation. My first and last name is on there the right location everything I go in and she tells me that she doesn’t have my order as if that’s my problem She asked me if it could be under a different name when I literally showed her in giant font that it was under my name and the only name that it was under She proceeded to ask me five times if it could be under a different name as if I’m a moron Then literally said again I don’t have your order again as if that’s my problem. All they have to do is solution. Is it meaning make the order I’m showing her proof of payment everything like never had an issue before. Instead of just repeating over and over that she doesn’t have the order all she had to do is make it with the food sitting right in front of her and I completely empty Store. It was absolutely enraging. I am also pregnant. Asked for a manager, she says that she is the manager Which is extremely sad but expected It’s just sad that this is New York. You work in customer service. All you have to do is fix the problem. I placed an order I paid for it. If your system does not have the order that is not my problem. You just have to fix it. This review does not even matter because the business obviously already has three stars But I will be contacting corporate because this behavior should not be acceptable whatsoever. You place an order you pay for it. Their system issue is not my problem. They just have to act with kindness and say no problem. I’ll just make it right now really quick that’s all she needed to do instead of five times asking me if it could be under someone else and telling me that she doesn’t have the order 10 times.
