  5/18/2026 - Store opening is posted is 12pm. My baby & I waited from 11:41am to 12:20pm, and the doors never opened. The store was completely dark. I left. Called the store at 12:34, young girl answers and states: “I was in the store” when I asked why they didn’t open at noon. I’m calling Corporate! This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. This is what happens when kids are left to run a business!

  This is my second visit to this location. The first time was last year, and I came back recently for free cone day. I tried their new black raspberry flavor with chocolate chunks possibly chocolate fudge which I didn’t enjoy because the chunk has a fizzling flavor just a odd combination. The line was a bit long.

  Visited Ben & Jerry’s with my family and had a great experience! We were warmly greeted with a smile as we walked in, which set a positive tone right away.. The portion sizes were generous, and the ice cream was absolutely delicious. A sweet treat all around! definitely coming back again especially summertime

  Went there this evening, the guy behind the counter had no idea what he was doing it was hard to even watch. I paid $16 for an ice cream and shake and the shake was just milk. Waste of money I should’ve just went to the grocery store to get ice cream- definitely won’t be wasting my money here again.
