  Stopped by on the way to a company event at Barclays. Cookies were fresh and delicious. Staff were amazing and welcoming. Definitely come here to get your sweet tooth fix.

  Overall, this is a great location, and I am a frequent customer because the cookies are amazing. Most of the staff are polite and professional, with the exception of one employee, Gabrielle. On my visit last Thursday (4/30/26), I picked up a Too Good To Go order and was not greeted with a standard welcome, such as “Welcome to Chip City, how may I help you?” Gabrielle also appeared to be in a poor mood, and I was unable to purchase additional cookies, as none were prepared or on display. This same issue occurred the previous Thursday (4/23/26), where again, no cookies were available, and there was no formal greeting. On the other hand, I have received excellent service from other staff members. On Sunday (4/26/26), a young man with braids and braces, as well as a young lady named Ariana, were very polite and professional. Similarly, earlier today, a young lady I believe was named Ameriah greeted me warmly, professionally, and all cookies were prepared and on display. While most of the team provides excellent service, I recommend that Gabrielle work on greeting customers professionally and ensuring that cookies are prepared and available on time.

  Delicious, fresh-out-of-the-oven cookies & open late! The staff is super nice, especially Ameirah (sp?) - she gave us great recommendations and just radiated a very friendly vibe.

  Thick cookies aren’t my favorite but chip city is always a place I can stop in. The flavors are creative and the prices are somewhat reasonable for the cookie size that you get. I got double chocolate, banana cream pie, and confetti.

  The triple chocolate cookie was just ok. It’s also kinda ridiculous that they put calories per serving and each cookie is 4 servings🤣
