  I’ve been to this branch at least 10 times, and they never seem to keep track of their stock. Almost every time I come here, I end up having to leave and go somewhere else just to buy water. This is honestly one of the worst-managed Stop & Shop locations I’ve ever seen. They seriously need to improve their inventory management and overall store operations.

  The worst customer service ever.everyone was rude and unfriendly. manager spoke rudely to us and afterward asked one senior staff for help find item. She point out twice which I did not see and see roll her eyes and walked way( I left like she was cursing) and forget about the ignorance of cashier. Well I can’t blame them since manager was that rude and unprofessional. It all comes from the top.

  I would like to recognize Hector, the security guard at the Stop & Shop in Ozone Park, for his outstanding customer service and professionalism. Hector is always friendly, welcoming, and makes an effort to greet customers with a smile and a hello whenever they come into the store. He goes above and beyond to be helpful and does his best to make everyone feel comfortable and safe while shopping. It’s clear that he takes pride in his job and genuinely cares about the customers and the store. Employees like Hector make a positive difference in the community, and his hard work deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Hector, for all that you do!
