  There is a lady there that just says yes to everything you say and then denies what you told her. I went to the location and ordered 2 personal pans for my grandson with cheese only because he dislikes the sauce. I repeated my order to her to make sure she understood. The lady said ok, and when she handed me the pizzas I opened one to see if she got it right. I couldn’t tell if there were any sauce and asked her again and she said there was no sauce. Except, when I got home and my grandson took a bite, it had sauce. This infuriated me after I gave her ample opportunity to get the order right. I called the location and asked that they deliver a correct set to me. She said they don’t deliver so I said I would pick it up, but I should get a refund for my wasted time and aggravation, she said ok. When I went to pick up the new pies, she denied agreeing to the refund. This was the worse experience I’ve had at any establishment in my life. To get the order wrong and saying yes to everything just to then deny what she had agreed to earlier and not take responsibility or trying to make things right. Terrible. Won’t be giving them another opportunity to disappoint me again.
