  Those pictures ARE NOT the Oyster Bay Stop n Shop. They don't have fresh meats on display like in those pictures, & that storefront is NOT OB either. We don't have a Super SnS here. The store is not all that clean. I was there Friday night & the floors were disgusting with sticky stuff all over my shoes. My feet were sticking to the floor even when I got home. The shelves always have minimal items, I can hardly ever find the name brand products I use anymore. They always used to be well stocked, but now, forget it. And they are so overpriced with price gagging it's disgusting. For 3 people, I never leave without spending a minimum of $150.00. This week I spent $175.00. ON WHAT? 💁‍♀️ The best part is, once the sale items are sold, they don't restock the shelves for the duration of the sale. If they do, it's only like 6 pieces of inventory of the sale item. But once that sale is over; VOILA! The shelves are stocked & sometimes, the price even higher. I really wish people in our community had another grocery store to shop at. Closest is Lidl in Syosset. WE NEED MORE COMPETITION IN THE TOWN. STOP N SHOP IS THE WORST.

  I just stopped by for a drink. I walked through a few isles and was impressed with their prices.

  Really? I funded one extra bones on the top? Somebody liking this before...sometimes missing some wing, who working the? Who control anything. I don't want to eat this

  Always running out of stock of sale items before 3pm. This store has gone downhill for the past few years now, managers do try to accommodate as best as they can. As of mid Oct of 24, store has been remodeled and seems to be doing better, but it still feels like it's forgotten store of the area, one great thing is that one of the managers from many years ago is back and is on top of everything. Since the last review, the store has gotten better than what it was, although still running out of certain items But Overall it is a whole lot better, customer service has improved the most. UPDATE: The last few days of July and I still found the same problem with some of the sale items, even though it's late Sunday afternoon they should have ordered more of this one particular item, I was told they are getting more in on Wednesday or Thursday, if true the sale Ends on Thursday night. I'm sure they are going to be giving out a ton of rainchecks and run out of it again. Late September of 2025, stocking problems have decreased somewhat, now only a handful of the sale items are get low and running out, again this store is like the forgotten store. As of 4/29/26 late afternoon many of sale items were out again, this is the forgotten store, the area is getting more and more populated and the store has not adjusted to that yet, and hopefully they will. They were out of some certain sodas, small milks (quart), and S&S English Muffins, most varieties of them. The Staff, for the most part, is very friendly and helpful.
