  I never seen so rude and disrespectful employees ever. I ordered on the kiosk and while I was waiting another customer came in to order from the register and they kept talking about baby sitting and the walked away and still talked about baby sitting. I only give credit to the one worker making the food by herself.

  I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes and still didn’t get any food. I went inside to see what was going on and there were people just standing around. This location is worse than the one in Sayre. You make that Tacobell look good.

  Horrible wait times. Shouldn't have to wait 45+ minutes when there's only 3 people ahead of me in line.

  I ordered food through the app at around 10:45 pm. I arrived around 11:10 pm. Once pulling up to the drive through and told them I had a mobile order. They told me to pull forward. Then three separate employees asked me what I had ordered. I showed them my order receipt on the app and proceeded to wait for another twenty minutes at the window. I wasn’t rude, I didn’t yell at anyone, I understand things happen. When I arrived home I opened my bag to find no napkins, my wife’s Cinnabons were missing, and my burrito wasn’t folded on either side. For $20 it’s utterly ridiculous to wait nearly 45 minutes when no other guests were there for my order to be missing items and have other items messed up. The employees simply do not care about their jobs, or the fact that they are preparing someone’s meal. Do better.
