  Lost $30 placing an order i was never going to receive. never heard back from a manager. the manager on duty should be able to pause online and kiosk orders when there are too many too fill. simple fact is you cant fill orders to customer satisfaction with orders pouring in from a drive thru, in house, online, and kiosk. you are setting your employees up for failure. will never order from this establishment again. ordered delivery, drive thru and in house quite often. weekly in fact. although am not willing to set myself up for my order to not be filled again and lose money not knowing the status of the orders coming in.

  Bee waiting 20 mins and only one of the 3 groups in front of me has received their food. Very understaffed or just not working efficiently but should not have to wait 30 mins or longer for FAST food.

  If you value your time, and want a quick meal, this is NOT the place to go, its been 35 mins and still food isnt ready. Will not be back to this one ... better management is needed!!!!

  We came here after the "Arches" fast food restaurant ignored us - and others - for at least five minutes. Taco Bell had sufficient staff, took our order within 30 seconds of our arrival, got everything right. The staff in general seemed to be in good spirits and pleased to be of service. All around pleasant experience at this place. As for the food, it's standard Taco Bell - either you like it or you don't. Our food was fresh and well-made.

  Very slow service, over 30 minutes waiting for a mobile order, every costumer is complaining about the waiting time, they're careless, rude, aggressive and very unprofessional, food is getting cold and they look like they just don't care
