  We stood at the counter for at least five minutes. Nobody ever acknowledged us or took our order. They were busy preparing orders (mostly drive through), but not one word to us about when we could expect service. I observed inefficiencies in their order prep, in addition to not getting our order in the queue. We didn't care to risk any more time, so we went elsewhere. Also, the main person preparing the orders seemed both a bit exasperated and inconvenienced. Maybe it was just a bad day, but that not excuse a business from communicating with its (potential) customers. This restaurant is directly opposite the end of the exit ramp off the interstate. Because of their location, they'll do a lot of business, but they need to raise their level of customer service and operations. We won't choose this place in the future.

  This was the worst McDonald's of my entire life—it didn't even deserve a single star. I ordered a hot coffee, but it wasn't hot at all; and when my kids ordered ice cream cones, they handed them over with the ice cream piled onto the cones in a complete, sloppy mess. I actually had to get a cup and scoop the ice cream into it just to eat it. The kitchen was fully visible, and it was absolutely filthy—disgustingly dirty. The restroom was just as filthy.🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

  It wasn't very clean. They messed up a simple order and the coke had an awful taste to it.

  Waitied for at least 10 minutes at the drive-thru order taker without it being answered at all. Pulled around and went inside. Employees standing there seeing people waiting to order and not even acknowledging them. Ordered a happy meal and waited 20 minutes for it, just to be cold when I got it. Employees standing around on the sandwich line like they don't have anything to do and not a single employee wearing gloves. Pretty gross to watch the expediter come take cash from a lady who had to yell to get her to take it, then immediately rub her nose with the same hand and go grab fries out of the warmer to throw into a box. No gloves. Gross. I will never spend my money at this location again.

  This has got to be one, if not the worst Mcdonalds in the United States. How do you wait 30 minutes as the only car in the driveway and recieve cold food and the order wrong? The manager needs to be fired immediatley and someone competetant needs to take over.
