- AAAshleyMar 20, 20261.0My upstairs neighbor got us subs for dinner and when I opened my sub the whole inside of my sub was in wrapper. There was nothing in the bread as it was all in the wrapper. My boyfriends sub hardly had anything in it. Very disappointed.

Half of our oder was not done correctly. Asking for extra helping with no problem paying the 3xtra seemed to be an inconvenience. After the amount of money that was spent there I will never be going to this subway again. Absolutley horrible service. They need to overhaul the staff and teach some etiquette and customer service skills.

Had me come right back after I made it home. When I picked up the pretzel it probably was the one that I was supposed to get with my order. Plus the girl is closing early at 9pm when they don’t close till 10pm that it says on google. If your hours changed you need to change google. Thank you and have a nice day I will not be ordering from you guys again I will go to a different subway in Oswego seeing that we have several!
