It has taken 35 minutes so far for me to get my order for 1 person, and I still don't have them. 2 other people already left without their food. I would have left if they didn't already take my money

I've ended up waiting atleast 15 minutes for them to bring fries out (on several occasions), only for the rest of the food to be cold by the time they do. Asked for a hot apple pie and they said it would take a good 20 minutes because they don't have any cooked. Ask for cheeseburgers with ketchup only, the stickers on the outside of the wrapper says ketchup only, yet when we open them up there are onions and pickles. Makes no sense!
