  Usually the same experience at most Dunkin’s. Just asked to see if I could get bacon extra crispy. (More well done) was told “it’s already cooked”, ok lol so never mind I guess? (Didn’t say that) Then got up to the window after redacting the bacon and getting something else. I genuinely did not think I was rude. Just picked something else. She comes to the window to tell me it’s company policy to let it cool down. That’s fine, I just wanted fully cooked and crispy bacon. Thanks for my Ted talk. Not even here complaining about the inconsistency in my coffee because I don’t care I’ll still drink it.

  Pulled up and the girl taking our order kept having us repeat everything and laughed the entire time. Then get to the window and they brought the hashbrowns which only had 4 in it then they brought the donut which is when we said about the hashbrown then they brought out the 2 singular hash browns. Then they bring out 2 of the drinks and we asked for a manager the girl said "okay I'll go get u one" then someone else gave us the last drink and I got less ice which I know comes with what looks like less drink but this was way more missing than normal more than a third of the drink was missing. So we asked whats going on why is the manager not coming yet so she went and got her and they said the girl didn't hear us ask for a manager but she said "okay I'll go get one" so then the whole time we're talking to the managers these 2 girls were behind her laughing and making faces I mean they looked really young but still old enough to know your being very unprofessional and rude. Like I work in fast food have for a long time like this whole thing was just crazy that store needs to get it tg. But the assistant manager was very nice and reasonable and helped us. This was at like 1:30 something like that

  always get my order wrong!! i sit in the drive thru for over 40 minutes and my coffee still tastes like shit!!!!
