  Why ask everyone to tip? This is insane. What do the workers deserve tips for? Service is slow, doughnuts are marginal at best, and food is bland. I wish there were other options because I definitely would NOT go back if there were.

  i Will never shop here ever again or any Dunkin’ for that matter I brought it to their attention I was charged extra on two different days in different amount then my actual purchase when I showed them the extra charges they told me to contact my bank so I did and the bank told me they are fraud charges so I had to cancel my card and got a new one and the proved it was this stores fault and no time did any of the employees managers or the district manager I spoke to would make it right so I proceeded to press charges against them officer Wallace went in there to talk to the manager and claimed I never was there and that there wasn’t any charges to my card even tho the officer seen my proof that that store indeed make those extra charges then comes back to me to tell me that the manager has now banded me from their store and then they claimed they offered me a free drink which never happened and at this point I don’t want anything from them except my money they stole had to call cooperate on them to get the store owner involved bc this could have been an easy fix and instead they do this so now I’m going to find a new coffee show to go to from now on

  We walked in during what appeared to be peak hour — somewhere between 8 and 9 AM — and placed our order for sandwiches and coffee. Our food came up fast; we heard it called out almost immediately. The drinks, however, never came. Two customers who walked in after us ordered, received everything, and left while we were still waiting. When we flagged it down, staff apologized and remade our drinks on the spot — and then my wife noticed two drinks sitting quietly in the mobile order pickup area that turned out to be ours as well. They apologized again and sent us off with the extras. The takeaway: walk-in orders during the drive-thru rush can slip through the cracks, so keep an eye on the counter. Drive-thru is clearly the priority here — I even got pushback for photographing the trophy they earned from corporate for drive-thru excellence. No exaggeration. But that priority shows. This location runs like a well-oiled machine from management down, with every staff member knowing their role and executing efficiently. The drinks were great, the sandwiches came out right, and they made things right without hesitation when something went sideways.

  East side dunkin next to knights inn was terrible yesterday. They had 3 people working in there fron what I could see, I ordered 10 chocolate munchkins and my usuall frozen coffee. After I ordered, I had to wait ten minutes for the car in front of me to even get their food and I thought that was bad until I got to the window myself. She came up and handed me a clear Dunkin'. Donuts cup with what was clearly not ten munchkins, so I told her that I ordered ten, and I would like all ten, and I counted them.Very quick and there was only six. So she goes back, put 3 more in, comes back tells me that there was only 9 in total. So I told her just to give me a regular one This seemed to really annoy her when she came back, she pushed the cup into my hand and spun off also, giving me my receipt, which stated the time 4:18pm. I didn't get my frozen coffee until 4:35pm and it wasn't even made correct. I am at a dunkin donuts everyday just about but this was a nightmare. I feel like I was being tested in so many ways and am just thankful for my girlfriend on the phone keeping me calm. I dont mind waiting a little but receiving attitude because you cant do your job right and dont want to give me what I paid for and on top of that having me wait over 15 minutes for my coffee is ridiculous. I can tell the girl who was taking the orders and had a attitude wont last long employed anywhere but I definitely will not be going back to that location. 0 stars if I could that was terrible.

  What is it about dunkin lattes that is so difficult for them to get right? I'm paying 5-6 bucks and I get a cup of sweetened milk. I know a latte has a lot of milk in it, but you should be able to taste the espresso. I asked them to remake it, they gave me the exact same thing a second time, so I just left. Normally I wouldn't bother leaving a review like this because it happens at literally every dunkin all the time. But usually if I ask them to remake it, they get it right the second time. So I learned my lesson, I'm just not gonna mess with dunkin anymore. I'd rather pay the extra dollar at Starbucks and know they're gonna give me a good coffee.
