  Stopped at this Subway in Ossining after a long days shift and honestly had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. I usually order through the app with no issues using my Subway rewards, but this time I walked in after transporting a patient to the hospital and ordered in person. Everything was fine until I applied a free sandwich reward that I had legitimately earned through the app. The employee immediately changed his attitude and said, “This store doesn’t accept free sandwiches.” I explained that the same store accepts rewards and discounts online without a problem, but instead of handling it professionally, he basically snatched the sandwich away and voided my reward entirely. What bothered me most wasn’t even the policy itself, it was the attitude and disrespect. After working all day in 80-degree heat helping people, the last thing I expected was to be treated like I was trying to scam the place over a reward I earned fairly. Completely unacceptable customer service. Left a really bad impression and I won’t be returning to this location again.

  I used to like thus place very much. It's changed. They no longer participate or honor the Subway rewards. So even though I ordered a free footlong via the Subway app, and it accepted my order. I waited 20 min before anyone even told me they don't partucipate in the on line promotions anymore. I had to tell him to cancel the order so I coukd get my free footlong from another store. The person in the store was rude, yelled, and then said, "you didn't pay anything for it any way!" Yes I used a subway promotion for which I had to share my information, in exchange for a free footlong tyrkey sub. I had done it many times in this store. But but this time and I won't be going back either.

  Where's the meat! All bread and toppings... BOGO but they used the meat for 1 on 2... Never going back!

  I genuinely don't know how this place is even open. The floor is CAKED with trash and crumbs, the food looks months old, and the bread is grossly stale. The kid who served me was nice, but there is no chance this place meets any food safety standards; please do NOT go here. I only regret not having photos to prove it, but every negative review here is right
