  During my recent visit to the store, where I have been a loyal customer for years, I was deeply offended by the behavior of the front end manager Emily B. I witnessed her providing assistance to a white female customer at self-checkout. Once a self checkout machine was available, I was heading towards it and the white female customer that was being held by Emily, rudely told me that I couldn’t use it because she was going to use it. Emily allowing that customer to cut in front of me at an open machine, when she should have pulled that customer over to a cash register rather than letting her rudely speak to me in that way and allowing her to cut me. Eventually when another machine was available and when I experienced difficulty scanning an item, Emily ignored my request for help, directing another employee to assist me instead. I felt this was a discriminatory act, as she had readily assisted a white customer earlier and refused to help me.

  They had groceries.... it's what you would expect. They did have a sale on what I needed.
