Same little brown man behind the counter that looks like he has a chip on his shoulder. I feel very unwelcomed and he barely put enough food in my wrap. This wasn't he first time I came here but every time is just a terrible customer experience. He started yelling at his co-workers or whoever was in the back. Extremely unprofessional.

HORRIBLE! Overcharged, worker did not speak English and couldn't communicate. Veggies were completely dried out. Go to any other location!

I didn't catch his name, but I won't be back—the gentleman is in a bad mood and has no desire to serve anyone.

I don't usually go to subway anymore. I have noticed their are many stores that lack cleanliness, hygiene and customer service skills. I went to this location a couple days ago in hopes it would be different. The Arab man that works there did not acknowledge me when I walked in. At that time, I was the only customer in the store. He had the cold case lid open and was spreading shredded cheese on the bread to be baked with his BARE hands. Mind you I wouldn't usually care because the bread is being baked so it kills the germs off anyway.. but then I thought about it.. thats the same cheese he uses for cold subs and even salads. So unhygienic. Because the lid was open in the cold case, I noticed was covered in dead fruit flies and dust. I ordered a foot long with tuna, he jipped me on tuna, scrapping for the last bit and just spreading what he had left which wasn't much. With the same gloves he cashed me out and proceeded to add the veggies without changing his gloves.. he also did not wash his hands after handling food with his bare hands before taking my order. So this location, unfortunately, has lost my business as well as many others clearly, because it is never busy. The location on McKinley Parkway, however, did an amazing job today when I went. When I walked in the girl was cleaning tables, welcomed me immediately, stopped what she was doing to go wash her hands and proceeded to take my order. Even unselled me to get a footlong cookie. I was impressed with how nice and prompt she was. I ordered the same thing I did at this location and she did an amazing job making sure the portion size of meat and veggies were good. I will continue to go to this location.

First of all let me say, I will never order from this subway again. The same worker that you see their everyday, I walk in, he sits in the back for 5 minutes after seeing me walk in, on his phone, then walks up, while actively on a phone, puts his phone on the prep service!!!! Then not only do I proceed to order, I get a Turkey and Bacon sub with about 3 pieces of Turkey and 2 pieces of bacon. The spinach and Mayo couldn't even save it. It was like eating a bread. You're better off driving to a different subway than every coming to this one.
