  Today I went to Dunkin I made my order the guy mistakenly give me 2 same orders which I needed just one I told the server I needed just one bagel twist she boldly told me well if you don’t want it throw it in the garbage like what customer service is this she basically telling me throw away your money right like she had no way in saying miss we can do a return apart from that there was a woman beside me saying oh u can give to the homeless outside which I don’t mind what will the server do took my bagel out of my hand an give to the customer awaiting her order how rude was that Dunkin u need to do better with your cashier I walk away an I said just be calm but I went back to the cashier an I told him about the situation an he gave me a refund but this girl she needs to re train an have better customer service she was very rude an nasty it seems like she woke up in a bad mood but madam u don’t come to work like that because we don’t need u u need the people because if weren’t for customer u can’t get pay at the end of the week so keep ya problems home an fix it

  I should have realized my mistake when 3 folks walked out without any items. Apparently a delivery guy had a list which took up the attention of BOTH workers. So I stood there for 5-10 minutes as they “chatted”. How about one works on the list and the other takes care of my 2 minute coffee? At the very least acknowledge my presence. I walked out and I’ll go to Montvale.

  I was at this Dunkin last Monday (03/30) getting my usual order before going to class, but then the woman who was making my order (I later caught her name was Jen), was non stop touching her face, not wearing any gloves and overall felt insanely unhygienic. I ordered a simple sausage egg and cheese to go, when I got it (can be my fault) but they decided to ignore my wishes and gave me bacon not sausage. On top of what I witness that just didn’t help out. Warning, everyone else seems to be fine, but that specific one lady just was not clean and didn’t make me want to go back to eat there again.

  Food is not good at all, coffee is not what is used to be. Workers are somewhat kind.
