- KDKyle Doll2 days ago2.0Quite underwhelming Seems awkwardly added on to the dunkin where the employees serve both yet all payments are at the far end of the dunkin side. The staff weren’t particularly clear or helpful (not that it’s complicated, but they were disengaged from much any customer service). The employee that helped us didn’t seem to have any idea which flavors were which when scooping. The ice cream was alright, only 16 flavors available (largely fine/reasonable tho certainly not 31), and the scoop size was mediocre. If I recall correctly, one scoop was around 4.50 but underwhelming.

I’m fully aware that when we get busy sometimes we look a little uneasy. when your in the business of customer service sometimes you have to let go whatever it is because you have paying customers coming into your store. I came in to get my 2 little ones ice cream for winning a big game! as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a orange hair women at the register her face was distasteful and when ordering/requesting to taste the ice cream she said u gotta wait down there. Again uninviting attitude. I proceeded to wait at the end an additional few minutes while I waited for someone to take care of me. While other people are being taken care of that came after. Finally she gets to me and again I understand she was busy but the way she said what u wanna taste was just rude. I then ordered 2 cups which essentially 5 dollars each but she barely filled up my cup didn’t put any tops on it or requested if I would like it. didn’t offer any spoons just rude. I proceeded to ask another young brunette hair woman to give me tops. I did not make a complaint because I understand sometimes it’s not your day but please coach your team on awareness you never know what someone is going through. That icecream could be someone’s day or I could have traveled far to get it. Be mindful of the people around you because everyone’s dollar counts. Thank you

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
