- HMhassan mosadMay 8, 20261.0Very dirty. Service is very very slow. Employees complain to do their job. They mumble and whine when you ask them to do a simple favor (ex: Asking for a cup holder). They will crush up your food, a.k.a. cinnamon twists, simply because they’re mad at the fact that they’re doing their job. Not to mention, I was beyond respectful towards the workers, but received utter disrespect in return. I’m not the person who usually leaves complaints and act as a Karen. But this was the worst service I have ever received in my life.

I got one meal, it shouldn’t have taken that long and they weren’t that busy. During this time I tried to get employees to just simply ask them about my order. Half of them were standing next to others working, and no one was at the front counter. Other customers came in waiting to order as well and no one came out. The employees saw me standing there and did not come until I spoke out loud. When I spoke to an employee she was rude and walked away mid way through my sentence. Five minutes later she came back and let me know that it will be coming soon. I eventually got my food, but the service at this location is almost always awful and the employees are often rude.

Im standing here today and told about a 30 minute wait, for multiple people. And the amount of people that have walked in and cancelled their orders or just went to find somewhere else to eat is crazy.
