Website the guy behind the counter was making my iced coffee a regional or "person about district manager", as he was described to my by the employee, called all employees together in back room and scolded them about "i just arrived and saw you smoking ootside" he then continued to belittle them loud enough for me to hear. It took an extra 2 minutes to get my coffee. First that is not appropriate for customers to hear. Second what about customs service Me. Manager???? There is another DD in town, my business will go there when I am in town!

Either I get NO sweetner at all or sometimes get real sugar instead a huge no no for me. Even when the sticker on the cup reflects the order correctly. I wont be returning to this particular location on chestnut street in Oneonta.

They obviously love the prime location, but must be allergic to actual work. They should be there with sleeves rolled up, ready to make some money at this location in August. But clearly, the owners are really lazy. Shut it down!

The customer service here has been awful not once, but a few times. I usually go to the one on southside. I love that one and highly recommend. but sometimes this one is closer to where I take my kids to play. Afternoon/evening Dunkin workers always seem to be miserable and I get it, the job can be stressful and mundane. I worked fast food for over a decade and no matter what you should still be able to remain respectful and professional especially if the customers are patient and understanding when the employees make mistakes on their order. So my experience today consisted of a male employee who seemed to be so miserable he resembled a zombie. And mind you, when I went through there were no other customers in front of me. It was about 1:30 in the afternoon. I ordered the $6. Meal deal with bacon, and md iced coffee with 2 pb swirl, 1 mocha swirl, oat milk, stevia, and cold foam. A medium chai latte and a strawberry frosted donut. This employee didn’t say one word just took my payment handed out the donut and the coffee didn’t put the cold foam on it and didn’t even ring it in apparently because I didn’t see it on the label. So I asked him if he could put the cold foam on it and gave him a dollar to make it right. Then he handed out the latte and walked away without a word. Then a different employee returned to the window and asked what else I was waiting for and I told him the wake up wraps from the meal deal. So the zombie-like kid made them and brought it to the window with the same miserable face and no words. Just handed it out and turned away. Not an apology or a thank you for your patience. Just straight up rude and miserable. And to top it off the coffee tasted awful. Very disappointed.
