  The two employees at this grossly understaffed store deserve a raise, though I really hope they quit. Whoever owns this spot should be reported to Dunkin. They obviously love the prime location, but must be allergic to actual work. They should be there with sleeves rolled up, ready to make some money at this location in August. But clearly, the owners are really lazy. Shut it down!

  So I have never written a review for anything, especially not a negative one. but I definitely feel it necessary to write one now. The customer service here has been awful not once, but a few times. I usually go to the one on southside. I love that one and highly recommend. but sometimes this one is closer to where I take my kids to play. Afternoon/evening Dunkin workers always seem to be miserable and I get it, the job can be stressful and mundane. I worked fast food for over a decade and no matter what you should still be able to remain respectful and professional especially if the customers are patient and understanding when the employees make mistakes on their order. So my experience today consisted of a male employee who seemed to be so miserable he resembled a zombie. And mind you, when I went through there were no other customers in front of me. It was about 1:30 in the afternoon. I ordered the $6. Meal deal with bacon, and md iced coffee with 2 pb swirl, 1 mocha swirl, oat milk, stevia, and cold foam. A medium chai latte and a strawberry frosted donut. This employee didn’t say one word just took my payment handed out the donut and the coffee didn’t put the cold foam on it and didn’t even ring it in apparently because I didn’t see it on the label. So I asked him if he could put the cold foam on it and gave him a dollar to make it right. Then he handed out the latte and walked away without a word. Then a different employee returned to the window and asked what else I was waiting for and I told him the wake up wraps from the meal deal. So the zombie-like kid made them and brought it to the window with the same miserable face and no words. Just handed it out and turned away. Not an apology or a thank you for your patience. Just straight up rude and miserable. And to top it off the coffee tasted awful. Very disappointed.

  Everyone here is so helpful. They seem to be there to make each person happy and give them the experience of a 5 star bakery cafe. I was slightly indecisive and explained what I was craving to a “Zander”. I told him to surprise me based on my craving. He made a drink for me so delicious, I would have paid $25 for the drink alone. His friendliness and professionalism was the best I’ve seen in this younger generation. Thank you Chestnut Dunkin and Zander for giving me and my family the best Dunkin experience ever! Give that boy a raise.

  The lady working at the drive thru on 8/2/26 around 9 am was disgustingly rude. She was yelling at us while we ordered, and was mad when I ordered the “wrong item” and when I asked her why she was being so rude she yelled at me “I can’t hear you”. I understand that the drive thru might be a little loud but that doesn’t give her a right to be yelling at customers. I would give no stars if possible. Dunkin’ do better with your staff, give them a customer service class, they have no respect or even manners.

  i went to this dunkin today. i usually go to the one in mirabito on southside. i always get the same thing. avocado toast and a refresher. i go to the drive thru and placed my order. i then got handed my food, the toast had 2 pieces of bread (???) with a tiny bit of the avocado spread and no everything seasoning. the toast came in a bag, which it usually comes in a box. the avocado spread was all over the bag. i would’ve went back if i wasnt on my lunch break. whoever was working seriously needs to be trained again, i assume the guy was new bc the lady there was being pretty rude to him and not helping him at all. i also waited 10 minutes for the soggy toast.
