  Arby's in Oneonta, NY is an underrated gem. My late Father brought me here on his Wednesday nights, always loved the Jamocha shake, and now, those well-fried, potato angle-cakes-or whatnot-are sooo good. Best of all, IMHO*, the genuine, friendly and courteous (to boot) customer service. With napkins, no hassles, and no near-death experiences entering /exiting the parking lot! They do have the meats, btw, I vouch for the Gyro and the Reuben. Don't forget the Horse sauce. (I refuse to say, Horse*) no offense. *H- humble, not honest. Wth would you give a dishonest opinion? Skip the mayhem and botched orders, eat Arby's!

  Firstly, I love Arby's. Went there on Sunday because my nephew wanted to try it for the first time. And I have to say, even though there was only 2 people working and it was busy, the staff (Shout-out amber) was extremely pleasant and friendly. Food was great as always too and the cheese steak is so good

  The staff was super friendly. We were greeted upon entering the store, our oder was taken and served with a smile. The food was hot when it was supposed to be hot and cold when it was supposed to be cold.
