  I don't see why people complain. I never had a problem going here. Always fresh and fast. People need understand it's a fast food place.. it's not going to be perfect. Go to a actual fancy restaurant. They should be better for you.

  I’m deeply disappointed with the service I received at my local McDonald’s. This is my go-to place, and I usually visit it frequently. However, this was the first time I’ve ever experienced such poor service. A few days ago, I patiently waited in the drive-thru to let them know that I’m picking up a mobile order for my family. Then, another car pulled up to the second window, and I was puzzled as to why they were serviced before me. I kept waiting and said “hello” several times, but they remained oblivious to my presence. Another minute passed, and a line of cars formed behind me, so I simply pulled into the line. When I reached the first window, I informed who ever was working that I had never been serviced at the ordering window and I was very upset about it. Surprisingly, not a single apology was offered that day. I’m still very angry about this entire situation.

  Drive through people are very terrible they don't smile they look like they're cranky they don't say thank you or you're welcome or have a good day just very poor attitude about everything
