  Beautiful clean store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Realized that I was missing a package with cherries and bananas when I got home. Called the store and was quickly connected to customer service. After I told my story I was invited to come back with my receipt and they would replace the items. Sayquan was polite and very helpful. He reassured me that it was ok and it happens. His words were kind and thoughtful. I leave with cherries and bananas to replace what I lost. Sayquan should be recognized for a job well done and treating people with dignity. You have made me a loyal Stop And Shop customer. Thank you! Janet

  This store is the worst. You have scanner guns and a self checkout that should be exclusively for people that use the scanner guns!!! The self checkout line should not be for people that are not using the scanner guns and have a shopping cart full of 50 to 100 items!! The scanners and self check out should be expedient. Put a sign up and make a new policy. Your store is horrible. The lines are long, and the workers are unfriendly and apathetic. Kid at customer service had an Air pod in his ear. What is he listening to??
