- JOJack OrezApr 3, 20262.0I dont often leave reviews. This is getting out of control. Im going to be as professional about this as I can but make no mistake I am very upset. I never have any problems interacting with any department in this store except the cashiers. I dont know what causes them to be as miserable as they are but its not acceptable. This has happened so many times I doing something about it now. Todays incident was with KATHI. I get to the line and she is giving attitude to the woman in front of me. When its my turn I say 'hello how are you doing today'. She replies 'do you have a stop and shop card'. I say 'yes how is your day going' as I walk to the card reader. She responds 'do you have a stop and shop card'. I enter the card and try again to initiate conversation by saying 'that bad huh'. The woman in front of me finishes packing her cart and says to me 'she has no personality'. And KATHI pretends she didnt hear me and ignores me. This is where Im going to keep it professional but trust me Im pissed. This isnt the first time this has happened but only with the cashiers. So I hope you can fix this problem and correct KATHIs problem. I have my receipt if the store would like me to stop by and we can discuss this with KATHI. I hope this gets resolved and we can straighten this out with KATHI. I look forward to a solution and hope to see you soon KATHI.

Stop and shop offers the service and the service at this location on Atlantic in Oceanside needs alot more help and some accountability.
