  Food was nothing to write home about, but the drink options were terrible as almost all the good ones were empty or in their terms “finish”. Their is trash all over the tables and the floor and the utensil holders were empty so I had to ask for a fork And the staff isn’t very nice, more specifically one of the people preparing the food seemed very rude and wasn’t good with English, especially for a position where communication with the customer is key Overall 1.8/5

  This was the worst Chipotle I have ever been in. My order was not confirmed 30 minutes past pickup time, and when I went in, it was dirty and disorganized. Avoid at all costs.

  I go in for a steak burrito. There’s no steak in the main assembly line. The guy in front of me ask for the steak at the online order station and she gets it for him, the manager a young black woman lets her. I walk up ask for the same courtesy as the steak for the main station just got slapped on the grill and it’ll take 10mins to be ready. The lady says sure then the manager stops her and says she can’t go back there after she just let her the first time. There’s no one manning the online order station because no orders are coming in. I didn’t argue or cause a scene I just got chicken instead because I have to get to work and can’t stop at another restaurant. I won’t be going back to that location

  This location features the absolute slowest, uninspired, miserable, incompetent, lethargic, pathetic crew of employees ever assembled in one establishment. If there is a line of at least 5 or more individuals, expect to be waiting 20+ minutes before ordering and receiving your extremely subpar, lukewarm food featuring crunchy rice and cold chicken. This chain should not be allowed to exist due to the irreparable damage it does to the Chipotle brand. I feel sorry for anyone who has to eat here and I pity the employees for they show zero promise in achieving or contributing anything of substance to their place of work. Sad.
