  I ordered a $70 meal for delivery thinking they had a delivery service partner with DoorDash or Uber Eats like any normal restaurant has. Or maybe one or two delivery drivers to deliver the food for their business. I ordered my food 2 hours ago, my food was picked up by a random uber package that the restaurant ordered and it said my order was 88 mins away. Who wants to eat Rasta pasta that’s been sitting in the back of an uber for 88 mins? Do not order from here if you want good customer service. The woman on the phone refused to give her name and was laughing at my comments about my food being late. Horrible customer service.

  I took my children there after a church service in nyack for lunch. The owner marie was very pleasant and the service was great. The food was good but needs a little bit more flavor.

  I visited this restaurant with my family on 5/10/2026 and I must say I rate this establishment a 1000/10. I am Haitian and the food was absolutely authentic. Every single item we ate was phenomenal. The customer service was to tier from start to finish. We felt appreciated, cared for and valued. I tried this restaurant because of a review I saw on instagram and they have now gained a customer for LIFE! If I could recommend one item you must try on their menu it would be the fried meatballs.. OMG 🔥🔥🔥🔥

  The food at this place is 10/10. The oxtail dinner is of the charts. 5 stars is not enough for this place.

  So shame on me for not coming here sooner, Cy's is outstanding! The food was great, vibe and staff were as well! Rockland's only dine in true Haitian restaurant. Don't miss out on the experience and oh bring an appetite because they are not shy with the portions.
