  Older decor but our waitress was friendly and helpful! There was no AC or Very little..almost to hot to relax and enjoy dinner. The food was good.

  517/26-Excellent buffet. 6 pizza choices, 2 pasta choices, 2 bread stick choices. Very good, fresh salad bar. All at a price that is completely affordable. Nice job norwich pizza hut!!

  Let me start with the in-house team and dining experience are excellent. The people are friendly and attentive, I always enjoy the dine-in atmosphere. However, here's why this is a one star review. This evening I called for carryout. I made the call and got a call center (vs phone answered by location). They took my order and told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I drive to restaurant and no pizza. My order never reached the restaurant? This is the second time this has happened. The staff offered to make me a pizza (and wait another 10 to 15 minutes). I politely declined and visited another local establishment. That would be preventable revenue loss. You can do better Pizza Hut (carryout service).

  Service was terrible. We had to wait a long time to get our food. We got our appetizer after we got our food. We also had to ask to get our appetizer we ordered. Waiter was rude. Took her forever to bring us more drinks.

  Best place to get pizza and so much more. Great pizza at a great price.
