  I ordered food the other day and that skinny lady with missing teeth was so nasty to me at late night because I wanted to order a crunch wrap, and they said that the grill was off and they don't close till two and three on weekends, so they've been telling me for the past couple of weeks that the girl's been off. And that's not right. I work late and I need something to eat. And then the big manager lady comes and says, yeah, it grows off. There's nothing we can do with a very rudeness. Other employees who are laughing about it. This was on friday that happened. Yeah, so I don't recommend going to the north tonawanda location at all. You'll be treated like crap and we'll provide you the service that's post to provide. So as my last time going to this Taco Bell, I hope your management fires. You or the district manager reads this and fires. You, I think the names were Samantha and Amanda. I don't know who else was back there because I came to the drive through. But I just know those were the two names that I see. Terrible workers very terrible

  I went to order a beefy 5 layer burrito and they gave me a bean burrito, this isn't even the first time this happened. The same thing happened last time as well. It's very disappointing

  It’s my go to for late night eats when in the area. Never had to wait at this one.
