  Was on my hour lunch break and did a mobile order and sat in the drive thru for 45 mins of my break. Also none of the pullup and park spots were working. When we got to the window. None of our drinks were ready and our food still took another 10 mins. I was late back from my lunch break and sonic is only 5 minutes away from my job. First time there I will not be back.

  Absolutely terrible experience. Nothing worked on the menus outside so went into the dining area and it felt like no one was in there. Everyone was working the drive thru apparently so we eventually went to the drive-thru which also took forever. By the time we got our food it was close to maybe a half hour waiting. I feel like there is not enough staff here and the people that do work aren't getting enough help currently. I would not go back here because of the wait, the food and the overall experience and how much it cost .

  The food was good but I ordered online and it said it would be done in 10 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes after the time it said it was done and checked in. 20 minutes or more after that and no one answering the phone, someone came out and gave me my food. Asked if I wanted any condiments and I asked for mayonnaise and I seen it on the condiment tray. The guy then tells me he has to go back in and get it. I got my food and left

  Slower then death! I could see why there wasn't a line around the place during lunch rush. Was there waiting for a 1/2 hour doe food and only 5 people were in front of me.

  My friend and I had just gotten back from a 4 hour drive from the Adirondacks in upstate NY, and wanted food before we went home. We got to Sonic and did a mobile order and waited at the drive up kiosks. My apple pay notification said it had been 25 minutes since I placed the order, so I finally went to the drive through. At this point, I wanted to cancel the order all together, but there was no option on the app. Nobody around me that was parked at the kiosks was getting their food either. At the drive through, there were 2 cars in front of us and we sat there for another 15 minutes with no movement, so we made the decision to leave since it had been around 40 minutes. Our Sonics in this area are normally very under staffed, and its not the employees fault if things were hectic and busy, but with there being no way to cancel a $28.59 order after waiting for 40 minutes was a bit frustrating. The Sonic management in the Syracuse area has always been terrible, and that's why I rarely go even though Sonic is one of my favorite fast food places.
