  I just wanted to let you know that I was treated really bad by this women employee with a bad attitude I ordered my food online and picked it up and the women employee was putting drinks into the cooler where the drinks go and I go hello she got scared and gave me this dirty look at me and they she started to put the drinks into the cooler she's lucky that I was alone I know how this world is today and everybody is on edge with all this violance and robberies but if they have a sercurity problem then subway should address this but its these stupid laws that we have in place its sad

  This is the absolute worst place to go for subway sandwiches. The staff is unbelievably rude and lacks any customer service skills. Neither I nor any of my family members will ever set foot in that place again. To top it off, the girl who made my sandwich practically threw it at me while I was paying. The owner better address this behavior soon, or they will start losing customers left and right. Absolutely terrible.

  I'm shocked at the low rating for this Subway location. The service is fast, the staff are nice, and the food is good. They once put olives on a sub I ordered which I did not ask for, but mistakes are bound to happen once in a while. Every other time they have gotten everything right. My biggest issue with this location, however, is that they don't accept coupons and often don't accept app offers either. They even at one point had a sign saying that they are independently owned and operated and did not honor any coupons. I've had to visit other locations just to be able to use app offers, as often times the Subway app said that this location does not honor a specific offer. The good news is that it's improving when it comes to accepting app offers. More offers are accepted now at this location nowadays compared to previous years, however it's still a coin toss.

  Ordered three footlong sandwiches and they ran out of the bread of choice so they had to use a different one. This is understandable on its own, but is disappointing when I get home and see I was given the most barebones sandwich I’ve ever seen. I counted a grand total of 7 small pieces of sliced chicken on the entire sandwich. The toppings and sauces were just as weak in quantity. For a sandwich that is priced at $10.40 it’s highway robbery for the quality that is provided. People come to chains for consistency and I can expect this from a local restaurant, some good some bad, but I’d expect subway to have some level of consistency in its locations. This is a great way to lose costumers to the competition. Every jersey mikes sub I have ever seen is FILLED and it is sold at the same price point. I assume this lack of quality is why subway needs to put out so many coupons in the penny savers, because especially after this incident I would NEVER pay full price for the sandwich your company provides. It’s barely worth the $5 with the discount.
