  I ordered only 2 drinks and 2 sushi rolls. I waited almost an hour for my food and drinks. Customers walked in being probably 6 different groups of people. They got their drinks before me even though they ordered after. Only because they did not order food. Because I ordered food, the guy working kept putting off our order and anyone who ordered food had to wait nearly an hour for theirs. He prioritized all the drink orders first even though they came in after us. Only once it was slowing down, did he begin our order. This was very disappointing.

  Been going to this place for years now, but I wanted to write a review to praise the customer service based on my experience today! We got bubble tea but we noticed it tasted off— suuuuper abnormal for this place. We didn’t complain, this has been my go to bubble tea spot for years now so I figured it was just a one time accident since I’ve never had any issues before. The employee actually took notice despite us not saying anything, he was so kind and apologetic even though we didn’t mind at all! He remade our drinks and it tasted just as good as it always does! I wish I asked his name, his customer service was amazing and he went above and beyond for us without having to. The two girls by the counter who helped us out were also so lovely. As someone who also works customer service, I completely understand these things happen but I had to leave a review to praise how well they handled the situation, I’m very appreciative of their kindness and generosity!

  Absolutely incredible ramen spot! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, cozy, and inviting. The restaurant is spotless, beautifully kept, and gives you that comforting feeling the second you sit down. The owner was genuinely one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met—so welcoming, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can feel the love and care they pour into both the food and the service. And the ramen… wow. I’ve been craving ramen for the past few days and I’m so glad that I decided to come here! Every bite was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The broth tasted like it had been simmered for hours, the noodles were perfectly chewy, and the toppings were fresh and generous. It’s the kind of dish that makes you stop mid-bite just to appreciate how good it is. From start to finish, the experience was amazing. Delicious food, exceptional service, a clean and cozy environment—this place deserves all the praise. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know!
