  I recently visited this location on Friday afternoon and witnessed something I felt compelled to report. The manager on duty was completely unprofessional in his conduct toward employees — he raised his voice and got directly in an employee’s face while reprimanding them in front of other staff and customers. It was unbelievable that he had no problem doing this openly in front of customers, with absolutely no regard for how it looked or how it made everyone around him feel. This kind of public humiliation and intimidating physical behavior is completely unacceptable in any workplace. It created a very hostile and uncomfortable environment for everyone present including me as a customer. Additionally, I had difficulty communicating with him when I needed assistance, which made the overall experience even more frustrating. I hope management or corporate takes this seriously. Employees deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and what I witnessed goes beyond poor management it is intimidating and threatening behavior.

  I stop by for a quick happy meal I had a reward on my app the lady at the drive thru was so nasty telling I could only used the code every 15 mnts mean I get it but just her mouth I said I will pay and I said you are nasty the way u talking she had the nerve to tell me why I go there and buy I can believe is that the way they threats customer is not acceptable if I can give zero start I would just her mouth if is something she don’t like she should not be working with customers very rude very unprofessional and make feel don’t wanna come back I even said every time I come is something and she said so why would I come I will definally won’t come at this location again

  Very terrible customer service. I order 1 med cup coffee on my way home from work. The restaurant was completely empty just me and 2 other customers that was waiting on their breakfast.After 10 minutes of ordering a lady came around from the back and asked if I just waiting on 1 cup coffee I told her yes. She went back to the kitchen made the coffee come back to the front and put the coffee on the far right counter and walk over to the counter on the left where the registers are in which I was standing. Looked at me and then turn around talking to the guy next to me that had just walked in. I then asked her if the coffee was mine she gave me a nasty look and said of course with a dirty attitude. This location deserves ZERO STARS..... absolutely unacceptable when dealing with paying customers doesn't matter how much you spend. Ordered a light coffee and she made it dark. Had to throw it out.
