  Dont pickup food here always a crazy long line and the staff doesnt care and gives you an attitude

  My last 3 orders scheduled pick up tome was over 20min later. Had to cancel 2x prior due to wait times Adjust the wait time in the system

  Man i never leave reviews but this place is that bad. Quite literally a line out of the door for takeout and the guy running the counter disappeared for at least 20 minutes. I got Wingstop last week and they had probably 10 orders filled all within 20 minutes on a Saturday…thats about as long as the kid disappeared behind the counter at this BWW. Guess i’ll be going to Farmingdale next time since its probably only this lackluster location. The place was empty by the way…

  Terrible. Been here a many times. Pick up service never on time. Always chalk it up to busy, things happen etc. However going down hill in my Opinion. NO excuse today. Told me on phone see you in 15 minutes. Then they added that’s 11:30. I said will see you there. I walk in no One at register. No one in vicinity while people were sitting down eating. Place opens since 11. I am now standing here at 11:45 still not checked out. In fact after a great team member Matt tried to help me but his register card did not work. He went to get associate or manager. When they came the manager did not apologize, no eye contact and no name badge. MATT was great and a true team member FOOD is cold must been sitting in back. SMH
