The cheese pepperoni and sauce on the pizza were first rate. The crust was awful. Ruined the pizza. Crunchy and thin The dough was not given a chance to rise. I've had better frozen pizza. The waitress was charming and sweet. If you're a famous pizzeria in Niagara falls make sure your pizza is on point. Hate to see this place go down

I don't usually leave reviews, but this pizza earned one.
This was, without question, one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. Calling it "pizza" feels generous—it was more like a science experiment in how many things can go wrong at once.
The crust around the edges was burnt to a crisp, yet somehow the rest of the dough was still raw and doughy. The center was so soggy that lifting a single slice caused the cheese and vegetables to slide off like they were abandoning ship. We couldn't even get a piece out of the box without it falling apart.
To make matters worse, the pizza wasn't even cut. Apparently, slicing it was considered an optional feature.
And all of this came with a price tag of over $20.
I've honestly had better pizza in school cafeterias, airport food courts, and frozen pizzas that spent too long in the freezer. At least those were fully cooked.
If the goal was to create a pizza that was simultaneously burnt, raw, soggy, and uncut, then congratulations—you absolutely nailed it. If the goal was to make something people would actually enjoy eating, this was a spectacular miss.
I wouldn't order from here again even if the pizza were free.
Update: After business feedback.
Your response clearly shows that you don't care about what your customers think. I am not in the habit of taking pics of my food and by the time I went to the trash can to get a pic, it was already picked up. But if you are that interested in seeing a pic, bake another pie and take it yourself.

ordered half try and 30 wings back on june 25th for $84. order was never delivered. Called 3 separate times over the past few weeks. representative took my information and said a manager would call me back. here we are weeks later with no response and charge still on my statement. Charge back was initiated. Tried to give them benefit of doubt, and opportunity to make it right. unfortunately this is not the first time sammys has dropped the ball.
