  This place needs an overhaul. Rude staff when you dine in. Every DoorDash order past midnight is missing items and incorrect. Please remove them from DoorDash.

  I got to McDonald’s at approximately 10:45 PM and I am just leaving at 12:31 AM with my food. The guy opened and closed the window multiple times in my face and took our orders one at a time it took about 20 minutes per order the service was terrible. The food is mediocre at best. You need to fix this and I want a nice big refund.

  Been in line sense 11:04 its now 12:24 workers seem to make people wait so they leave definitely not the first time either so much for fast food the owner needs to look into this place they could make so much more money with better staff something needs to change here pure lazy bones i watched 8 cars in total leave the line estimated prolly 100$+ in a loss paid to employees there no gain in that

  This is the worst McDonald's in the area... Terrible customer service. you pre-order your meal , have to wait forever in the drive-thru... what's the sense of even pre-ordering the meal then if you have to sit there and wait 25 minutes just to get up in line. Going in that's even worse , they don't even acknowledge you when you walk in... you stand there for minutes ... there's nobody even to be at the register. it's not like they tell you the orders are ready they just place the bags on the counter. Never ever again! This isn't the first time this has happened .I did contact McDonald's about the incident and they just apologized. I will not be returning to this location ..I also contacted the manager I definitely will travel out of my way just to go to a different location.

  Absolutely terrible. Rude, inconsiderate, and most of all slow. I'm a door-dasher and I just waited 26 minutes for 2 orders. Each had 3 items and a drink. With 8 people working the line how does this happen? This is fast food ya? Pasta boils faster than your entire staff. As a chef this crew might be the worst, most lazy sacks of meat I've ever seen "work". From laughing, on their phones, using no gloves and throwing orders around isn't right either. For the love of God do not waste your time or money at this or the pine ave location. Even worse!! I would like to be compensated for the time and money lost door dashing because of your terrible crew in the form of a gift card.thank you.
