I’ve eaten at plenty of Five Guys locations across the map, but the crew on shift today didn’t just make lunch—they put on an absolute masterclass in kitchen execution and genuine hospitality. The second you walk through the door, Ari sets the tone right away. The customer service, sharp eye for detail, and sheer positive energy make you feel like a VIP regular from sentence one. Down on the line, Zach and John operate like a well-oiled machine. Watching them crush the grill and fry stations was pure poetry—zero wasted movement, seamless communication, piping-hot fries seasoned to perfection, and burgers built with total precision. The handoff was fast, flawless, and handled with a level of pride that is insanely rare in fast-casual dining today. Management, take serious note: Ari, Zach, and John are the blueprint for what this brand is supposed to look like at its absolute best. They are running circles around the competition, keeping the energy electric, and setting a standard every other store should strive for. Give them raises, give them promotions, give them whatever it takes to keep this dream team intact. Ten out of ten, unmatched service, and easily the best Five Guys experience I’ve ever had.

Food was on all over the tables and on the floor like it hasn't been cleaned for months. IT looks so disgusting I told the guy I did not want them to put my wrapped burgers in on top of my fries in the bag because the four guys that were there were wearing gloves and touching everything when he asked me why! I could not believe I watching them slide the buns across the metal counters and it was just disgusting! We have a Five Guys in Mechanicsville, Virginia that is amazing! It's very clean you can literally almost eat off the floor but with this Five Guys we were thinking maybe it would be up to the same standards! Nope and if you want food poisoning go have it!
