- SWSkip WaldentJun 27, 20261.0Sneaky Service. Be careful here. I asked for milk in my coffee and I saw the girl put something in a cup with a spoon and then pour the milk on top of it. Then she handed me the coffee and a separate little cup of milk. I asked her what she put in the milk with the spoon. She said, "I didn't put anything". Then a man said, "she put nothing, she put nothing". I saw it with my own eyes. I took the coffee, left the milk behind. I bought some milk at a convenience store so I could drink the coffee. I don't know what she was putting in the cup but I'm never going back there. It's actually super creepy.
- HHHafiz HamidiMay 25, 20261.0I’m disappointed with my recent experience at Dunkin Niagara Falls’. I ordered a Vanilla Matcha, but the drink I received was Marshmallow Matcha. I politely asked for it to be remade, but unfortunately the second drink was also incorrect, and I got Matcha latte. It seemed like the staff were not familiar with how to properly make the item I ordered. Mistakes can happen once, but getting the order wrong twice was frustrating, especially after clearly explaining the drink. I hope the team receives better training on menu items and drink preparation so customers can receive the correct orders in the future.
- KKKMay 18, 20263.0Took a walking trip over here from Niagara Falls side Canada as I only found out Dunkin Donuts was coming back to Canada soon and was intrigued as to how their coffee and donuts faired since I last had both back in the late 80s in Florida. I gave 3* for the nice service given by the two cashiers who were very pleasant even though it was hectic on a sunday.. as for the donuts I took a piece from each a chocolate cream filled and strawberry sprinkles . They were way too sweet for me and the coffee was not good at all. They use half and half creamer so the coffee was very dark. I get why Tim Hortons 18% creamer is addictive..Also Dunkins small coffee was USD $2.89 and a donut is USD $1.59 Too bad it wasn't a sit in location or at least seats out back of the gas station to sit and enjoy would be nice idea especially if you are wantung to rest before driving off from the gas station. I hope when Dunkins come back to Canada they will use at least 10% creamer and the donuts will be less sweet 😋
