  Chipotle is pretty standardized ingredients clearly mentioned on the menu so not much to stay there except that I've always loved everything Chipotle. I would say that this wasn't the cleanest Chiptole I've been to. The tables were somewhat dirty from previous customers, and there was no one enduring that they wiped down timely. The toilet was also out of toilet paper, but promptly refilled one it was pointed out.

  Like a similar post, a month ago. My order was such a small portion. I have a picture where the burrito is smaller than my cell phone. I asked why the order was so small and the person laughed and said “This is a big one.” They would not make another one for me. Also, take a look at the image. Take a look at what they made - Ingredients missing: black beans, fajita vegetables and very little barbacoa beef. If this location's portions are sooooo small "...this is the big one...", why would anyone continue to go to this location.

  Very disappointing experience. The rice was clearly undercooked and tasted hard, as if it hadn’t been cooked properly. It ruined the entire meal because every bite had crunchy rice. I expect much better quality and consistency from Chipotle. I hope they pay more attention to food preparation in the future.

  Hands down the absolute worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. It wasn't even that busy, but the kitchen area was pure chaos. For all the staff they had working, it was somehow less efficient and less clean. The person running the register rang up the order wrong for the customer in front of us because they were too busy flirting and chatting. That seemed to take 2-3 business days to fix. Then they couldn't seem to figure out how to put the lid on my bowl, and ultimately just gave up. We were very close to just walking out without our food. Attention to detail and professionalism were sorely lacking overall.

  I placed an order for delivery yesterday from this location at about 6 pm yesterday. My initial delivery time was supposed to be by 6:41 PM. After waiting for over an hour, my order was abruptly canceled at 7:13 PM. Although my money was refunded, I had to call customer service to try to get rewards points back that I had used for the order. All I got was a reward voucher that has to be used within 30 days. No explanation of what happened or why. Today I spent about an hour trying to find an email address for someone at Chipotle that I could voice my concerns to. I emailed three people with corporate email addresses. The response I got back was not only insufficient, it wasn't even from someone working for Chipotle. Instead it was from some third party company called Service-Now Inc. Just goes to show Chipotle corporate couldn't care less about its customers. I didn't want a refund, I wanted the food I ordered.
