  Very rude employees need a lot of teach and training. My father more than 80 years has emergency to use restroom. They asked me to buy something from store first . I already told I will buy some things but let him use restroom but they were literally forcing to buy something. once I paid they handover the key for restroom. They don't respect the older citizens of USA. Never ever come there. I recommend every one please check it out.

  Yesterday feb 28,2026, sent some one to get me 4, fish sandwich's opened the sandwich and noticed there weren't any tartar sauce on it, opened the other 3 sandwich's no sauce on those either, went back and there was a young lighter skinned man at the register whom i assumed was a manager only because it was him& a young lady in the back preparing the food, i explained there's no sauce on my fish sandwich's and he apologized to me& explained there wasnt any, asked me if theres any thing else i would like or if there's any thing he could do to make right, i asked for my money back and nothing else, he was very apologizing, polite and respectful to me, and very insisting to make it right, not like the miserable others you have to deal with on a daily basis, Arby's this young man should be if not in charge of dealing with customer service, wish i could of asked him his name but i didnt, he makes the difference.

  Wife puked as soon as we left
