  Usually enjoy what I get from here. But oh my god today was a nightmare? Usually get the Mocha Tuxedo. My friend picks it up for me on her way to our work. I asked her if she could get the sugar free version instead today. Maybe it’s my own lack of knowledge, but when you change the MOCHA to sugar free, it makes the base breve instead of mocha?…. YUCK! My friend asked the workers if the order was correct, as they handed her a mocha that was a giant cup of white milk. They were so rude to her. Made no explanation as to why it was so light on color… refused to explain or remake. For context, my friend orders a breve, and it was darker in color than my sugar free MOCHA. I can’t even drink this…. It’s a giant cup of half and half. Can’t even taste any coffee or other flavors…. Just a giant cup of half and half. Gross. Gross coffee, rude service. I guess make sure you double check your order cuz if you are confused about anything at all, you will be treated like a nuisance by this staff, for questioning anything!

  Everyone was very kind and my order was made correctly on the first try. I love that the crew confirms your order and repeat everything back to you just to make sure it’s right. Everyone also greats me with a smile which is very welcoming.

  We went on Brew Doh day and the lines were terrible. I can't say I'm surprised everyone wanted the needohs! Music was great and staff was amazing! I simply can't say enough about Shevah! They were definitely feeling the pressure of the day and handled it great! They truly love their job and it shows! Great job Shevah, you're the reason we'll be back!!!

  Was served by Chris today in the drive thru during a VERY popular promotion that had extended drive thru times. She was so sweet about the wait and gave the BEST customer service! Highly recommend because our drinks were delicious and our service was top notch!

  My daughter and I absolutely love our Niagara Falls location. Can we talk about the vibe and consistency?! Juliana is literally our favorite ! I don’t know a more personable, caring and amazing representation she is for 7Brew! We also adore the gentleman with the man bun- his kindness and gentle smile brings so much serenity to pair with the perfect drink! Thank you for being an amazing addition to our area!
