I had a great experience at 7 Brew thanks to Meghan A! She was extremely friendly, upbeat, and made my day with her positive energy. My order was handled quickly and accurately, and she made sure everything was just right before I left. It’s clear Meghan cares about both customer service and quality. Definitely one of the reasons I’ll keep coming back!

Waited 30 minute for a drink to be made because they took everyone In the other lane and behind me and I ordered once up to the front. People are sitting behind me drinking their drinks. And the staff tonight are not friendly and are just standing around talking
UPDATE: asked for a refund and left with no drink because they had no idea what was next and would’ve been an unknown longer amount of time. Never going back. That is wild customer service. I HATE being this person but that was just crazy

This girl who took our order was very rude. She was chewing gun with her mouth wipe open like a horse and kept rushing us even though no cars were behind us. We said “we would like the coozie, do the drinks need to be both medium or both large or a mix?” And she said checked to see if they still had them. Then she comes backs and says “what do you want” we said “two medium-“ then she cuts us off and says “what do you want do you want” and we finish our order after she stops nagging. Then when we get our drinks we see her sucking her fingers in the drink station. Absolutely repulsive, this is her in the photo sucking her fingers around all of your drinks. So think of this before you buy here.

I usually have a great experience at 7 Brew Coffee—the coffee is consistently good and the service is typically fast and friendly.
However, during my visit today (Monday, May 4th, 2026) around 12:30 PM, one of the drive-thru associates was quite unprofessional. He was leaning on customers’ vehicles while taking orders, and when he came to my car, his entire forearm was inside my vehicle, resting on the interior of my door.
This made me uncomfortable and felt like a clear lack of respect for personal space and customers’ property. I hope management addresses this, as it’s not in line with the otherwise positive experience I’ve come to expect.

I just wanted to leave a review about the amazing customer service we received at 7 Brew! The girl with the flower clips in her hair who took our order was incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful with me and my family. It was our first time there, and she took the time to explain the menu, answer our questions, and help us choose our drinks without making us feel rushed at all.
I ended up trying the Pink Mermaid with cream and cold foam, and it was absolutely amazing! Honestly one of the best drinks I’ve had. The funny part is that I realized she was actually the same employee my best friend had told me about before because my friend specifically mentioned the flower clips in her hair. Such a funny coincidence!
We’ll definitely be back, and hopefully next time I can get her name so I can stop referring to her as “the girl with the flower clips,” LOL. She truly made our experience so enjoyable we came from Canada to try 7 brew and will definitely be back !
