  I placed 2 order at the Newburgh location which is a combo of chicken wings and fried fries. It was extremely extremely salty the french fries everything was so salty. I called the place because I was on my way to the airport. I didn’t have any time to stop, and I explained to the manager that the food was too salty. I wasn’t trying again. Any refunds or anything I’m just advising that the food was really crazy instead of him, taking in consideration and acknowledged the fact that I took time to call him and advise him that the food was too salty. He got defensive and he was very rude over the phone. He was very unprofessional and rude I surprised That he was the manager.

  This is normally a pleasant atmosphere. And the workers are always cool. But today the atmosphere was tense and unfamiliar. Someone from Upper management, or HR I was told, was in the store and made it real unpleasant. You could walk in and sense how uncomfortable it was. Again the workers are always cool, especially the one working the counter right now, Luna I think her name is. But today just wasn’t a good day to be there.

  This is the first time my better half and I ate here. We settled in the 20 piece tenders. I got 5 Hot Honey BBQ & 5 Hot Lemon Pepper, he got 5 Mango Habanero & 5 Spicy Korean Q along with a side of fries and their Cajun Corn. Everything was hot and fresh. Fries were good, corn was buttery and spiced lovely. The chicken was cooked well and crispy (even with the sauces). BE WARNED, if you never ate here, love Spicy, LOVE Mango Habanero, theirs burns in that way where it feels like the Pepper is out for revenge lol. Honestly really good but go in expecting heat. I love spicy and I wasn't ready lol. Overall 5 stars, hope every experience is this lovely in the future.

  There are eight people working the night shift, and it’s already 11:30 PM, yet everything is moving extremely slowly. With that many staff members on duty, I expected the process to be much more organized and efficient. What makes it even more frustrating is that the app says the order will be ready in 10–15 minutes, which is simply not accurate. The actual wait is far longer, and there is very little communication about the delay. People are becoming increasingly impatient. Better coordination, a greater sense of urgency, and more honest wait-time estimates would make a significant difference.
