    Picked up stop & shop order today at newburgh location on 8-02-26 the loaf of organic bread I received was not only expired on 7/29/26 but half the loaf was green mold. This is unacceptable service .

    Stopped by for some basic shopping and used the self check out. Store is clean, organized with a good space. However, the elder lady at the self check out point is super passive aggressive and somehow she was trying to neglect my request. No eye contact, no greetings, no response to hello/thank you. She was trying to give people like me some attitude with unknown reasons. Do not think she is that kind of person who holds that temper since she was talking, laughing with another customer. Understood it is always good to provide more work opportunities to all kinds of people, but please at least make sure they are trained well.
